- 8:30 – Coffee social at Peet’s Coffee & Tea, located inside Memorial Union (optional)
- 9:10 – Walk to Pyle Center, or meet group in the Pyle front lobby if not joining for coffee
- 9:15 – Venue overview and welcome with Erin Rammer, Pyle Center Event Services Manager
- 9:30 – Tour
- 10:15 – Additional time for questions (optional)
