Favorite advice about events:
Having down time at an event means you did your job successfully! Don’t ever feel guilty standing around at your events, this demonstrates that you prepared well and are free to handle whatever may go awry. Second piece of advice – something always goes awry. Don’t take it personally, but do try to learn from it for next time.
